Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated rod
are an insulating structural material used for the production of slide bearings, gears, and other components. Being a good isolator, it is also used in the production of electrical appliances and components.
The Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated rod material itself is a laminated plastic, produced from glass fiber cloth and a polymer adhesive substance, such as, for example, epoxy resin. Glass fiber epoxy laminated rods are produced from the glass fiber and is called also Glass fiber laminate.
Glass Glass fiber epoxy laminated rods surpasses Textolite in such properties as:
heat resistance (140-180°C against 105-125°C),
volume resistivity (1011 Ohm/m against 107 Ohm/m),
dissipation factor (0,02 against 0,07).
However, Textolite is much lighter than Glass fiber epoxy laminated rods and has lower thermal conductivity, is easier to machine and to glue together.

1. No flaw,crack in the surface and interior, each bar color uniform(green or light yellow).
2. Can withstand the sawing, milling, planning, drilling, lathe and other mechanical processing.
3. Internal thread can be tapping with screw tap, external thread can be polished, but not allowed to bear overload.
4. It has good damping, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, fracture resistance, high temperature resistance, stress corrosion resistance etc.
